Meet Ray.
He’s industrious, loves bubble tea, and is an all around cool dude.
But most importantly, he works at RESAAS.
This is Meet The Team - a series that'll get you up close and personal with those who work at RESAAS..
Q: What is your favourite part about working at RESAAS?

“My favourite part about working at RESAAS is the people. They are very down to earth, easy to work with and excellent at their field. I've had a great experience working with the crew at RESAAS. Not only are they great to have a beer with but I learned a ton from them throughout my career here.”
Q: What has been your favourite project that you have worked on so far?
“The RE/MAX Referral Exchange & Global Training apps would be my favourite project that I've worked on here at RESAAS. It is the most complete offering of our platform that we made available for the iOS and Android platforms. It is packed with features and I believe it is a great representation of the current functionalities we provide on our platform. Of course we will continue to update and improve our applications, so stay tuned for more features to come!”
Q: How would you describe the work environment at RESAAS?
“It is a very well-balanced workplace. People here feel like they are genuinely friends and always manage to have fun in and outside of work. However, when it comes to crunch time, the teams all work together and focus to meet the deadlines and build amazing features.”
Q: What is your favourite movie, and why?

“I think my favourite movie of all time must be the first Jurassic Park. I believe movies from the 90s were quite amazing and Jurassic Park was the cream of the crop. Perhaps I was a lot younger back then but the sense of wonder and CGI realism was unrivaled at the time and decades later, the visuals still hold up.”
Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

“I would like the power to turn back time. There's just not enough time in a day to learn and discover all the new technologies and tools in our ever changing industry. I believe practice makes perfect and with that ability, there's infinite time to practice!”
Q: Where is your next travel destination?

“Although it is unlikely that I will get to travel here in the near future, I would really like to see Venice, Italy. It's a beautiful location from what I've seen in films and pictures. It is rich in history and culture and all my friends who have gone there highly recommend it so I would really like to see it in person one day.”
