Over the past few days, we revealed RESAAS' 2016 Real Estate Rockstars based on their respective categories.
We've compiled this short list of all of the winners.
So, here they are - RESAAS’ 2016 Real Estate Rockstars!
Eat your heart out 'Vogue' magazine, Eklund Stockholm New York, or 'ESNY' for short, is taking the idea of a typical real estate brand and putting an editorial spin on it. The up-and-coming real estate firm puts a well-warranted emphasis on their overall brand, combining both fashion quality photos with an editorial twist. It's their strong design, modern colors and uniquely-designed website that made it a no-brainer for us to award ESNY as this year's ‘Branding Rockstar’.
Real Estate Website
New York Real Estate Broker, Noble Black welcomes his visitors with an elegant first impression. The high-quality videos and photos on Noble’s website add a luxurious touch. Noble’s brand story is effectively communicated through style and notable accomplishments - a testimony of his expertise in luxury real estate. The calls-to-action are concise, clear, and consistent. Most importantly, the "call agent" button follows users throughout their decision-making process, without interrupting the browsing experience both on mobile and desktop.
Consistently consistent throughout all of their social channels, The Boutique RE stays true to their brand. They've done an excellent job to take luxury real estate and bring it into the 21st century with their use of high quality videos and use of their YouTube channel.
Real Estate Coach
Voted as one of Inman's 2016 ‘25 Best Real Estate Coaches in 2016, Julie Youngblood's expertise in real estate speaks for itself. Real estate runs in her blood (no pun intended) as Julie's family has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Since starting her consulting and coaching biz in 2010, she's helped coach a bevy of agents across the U.S. Needless to say, Julie knows a thing or two about how to coach any agent.
Most Innovative Brokerage
To be considered as an ‘Innovative Brokerage Rockstar’ it takes three things; great branding, exceptional value proposition and some marketing know-how. San Francisco based brokerage, Climb, brings all three to the table - a unique agent culture and brand experience to their customers.
Real Estate Video
Our winning video comes from Beverly Hills real estate firm, ‘The Agency’. They’ve adopted video into their marketing effortlessly. It’s the video’s tasteful cinematography and unique storytelling that makes it a winner. In under 5 minutes Agency RE’s video ‘435 South Plymouth Boulevard’, sells you on the lifestyle that comes with owning this piece of property. Once inside the home, viewers are introduced to a family that shows the viewer what life could be like living in this beautiful home. Now that’s storytelling at it’s finest!
Real Estate Blog
If you blog about it, they will come. In 2016, Kyle Hiscock was a blogging force to be reckoned with. His experience shines through with each and every blog post that both agents and homebuyers lean on as an industry resource. Not only that, Kyle knows how to spread the wealth. Kyle’s featured many agents within his own blog as well as being featured in countless articles as a guest contributor - the RESAAS blog included. We have one piece of advice for Mr. Kyle Hiscock - keep the blogs coming!
Since being founded only four years ago, Compass has managed to make waves within the real estate industry by effortlessly adopting innovative technology, changing the way agents are doing business. Earlier this year Compass did the unthinkable - they released a new app which provides agents and consumers with critical data on their respective housing market. With the app you’re able to search for homes, view year-over-year median home prices and valuate your home or listing based on the current media price per square footage. Needlessly to say, Compass isn’t your ordinary brokerage.
