It was last week when we first started to roll out nominees and winners for RESAAS' 2016 Real Estate Rockstars.
Today we’re excited to announce the nominees and winners for ‘Real Estate Videos’.
With stats showing that nearly 74% of internet traffic will come from video, it’s no wonder why the real estate industry has gotten on board and whipped up some pretty high-end, cinema quality videos to showcase listings.
Here is a short list of some of the best real estate videos we came across in 2016.
But before we reveal this year’s nominees, let’s take some time to talk criteria for judging.
It ain’t easy being a Real Estate Rockstar judge.
Before selecting nominees, we determined these strict criteria guidelines:
These days anyone can record a movie right from their phones but a good real estate video should have the production quality behind it.
Does the video display high-quality production value?
Does the overall end product represent the high standards of the company’s values and real estate expertise?
And of course, is the video memorable?
The brilliance of an idea can easily fall flat if not executed properly.
Executing a well written script and bringing it to life on screen is crucial.
Does the video provide a seamless experience for the viewer?
Does the production value and execution enhance the campaign’s message?
Is the brand easily recognizable in this piece of work?
Does the content further the brand’s identity?
Does the presence of the brand seem heavy-handed, or does it strike a balance?
