I often have REALTORS® reach out to me to ask a simple question:
“What is the difference between a RESAAS Premium account and a regular account?”
That is an excellent question!

To answer this question, I did a bit of researching on how RESAAS Premium has helped other agents become successful, and this is what I found! Here are three reasons why you need RESAAS Premium.

Have you ever wondered who has viewed your profile page? Well, wonder no longer! On RESAAS Premium, you can see who has viewed your profile recently so that you can connect with them to learn about markets that you currently work in, as well as outside of your own, leading to potential referrals.
Along with this feature, you can also see who has recently viewed your listings. This is crucial, as you can then go ahead and reach out to these agents to connect with them, answer any questions and discuss the listing with agents who have clients who are interested to buy.
Finally, you can also use these analytics to help you see which properties have performed well over time. When analyzing the listings, you can take into account different factors to determine why a particular listing performed well. For example, you can look into how you presented the home (i.e. through hiring an interior designer before showing the home?), how you marketed the home (i.e. with professional photos or video?) or other factors like the property’s location or price.

With RESAAS Premium, you will get instant email notifications when someone posts a public buyer need or referral in your area.
As a user on the basic plan, you would have to sign onto the RESAAS platform first in order to see all the new leads posted in your area. But as a Premium user, you can sit back and let the referrals and buyer needs come to you.
This is a very competitive process that requires you to be quick and constantly on your game. There are likely many other agents with listings that are similar to yours who are looking to match certain public buyer needs or referrals that are posted on RESAAS. With instant email alerts, you can be the first one to reach out to the REALTOR® who posted that lead first and connect with them.
3. Priority Placement
Want to be the first agent discovered in your area? When agents use the “Find Agents” feature on RESAAS within a specific area, you will have priority placement and be listed first in your area. This makes you top of mind and helps to build up your credibility as a real estate leader in your area.
Again, make sure that your location information is up-to-date, as this feature is based on geographic location. You don’t want to miss out on a potential lead!
