News of San Francisco’s Millennium Towers first made waves earlier this year.
Since then there has been a bevvy of headlines about the structural integrity, or lack thereof, of the building. Residents have filed a class action lawsuit against building developers, Millennium Partners, as well as the Transbay Joint Powers Authority for their construction of the Transbay Terminal located near the building.
The claims of the residents have been shocking to say the least. The 58-story high rise luxury building which houses over 400 multi-million dollar condos has sunk 16 inches and titled 2 inches.
While these claims have not yet been seen, it’s only recently that a building resident has surfaced a video of the building’s structural instability using a marble.
